15 Consecutive Years as #1 Breeder/Owner of Dams of Merit/Distinction

This year marks the 15th consecutive year that Judd Ranch has been named the American Gelbvieh Association's number one breeder and owner of Dams of Merit and Dams of Distinction.  

Dams of Merit and Dams of Distinction represent the very elite of the Gelbvieh breed.  Of active cows in the breed, only 4.4% qualified as Dams of Merit, and less than 1% qualified as Dams of Distinction in 2012.  Twelve Judd Ranch bred females qualified as Dams of Distinction in 2012, and 72 qualified as Dams of Merit, totaling 84 Judd Ranch bred females.  Additionally, Judd Ranch owned 11 Dams of Distinction and 68 Dams of Merit, totaling 79 owned females.
